This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how subscription billing, cancellations, and refunds work for Adwix Media Prop.'s WhatsApp Business Platform. Please read this carefully before subscribing.

Subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis. Your first charge is on subscription start date and auto-renews every 30 days via Razorpay's recurring payment system.
β οΈ Meta API charges are separate. WhatsApp conversation charges are billed directly by Meta to your Meta Business account and are not included in our subscription fee. We have no control over Meta's pricing.
Cancellation Policy
How to Cancel
- Log in to your dashboard at app.adwixmedia.com
- Go to Settings β Payment β Cancel Subscription
- Confirm cancellation
- You will receive a cancellation confirmation email
Alternatively, email us at [email protected] with "Cancel Subscription" in the subject line.
What Happens After Cancellation
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
- You will not be charged again after cancellation
- Platform access continues until your billing period ends
- After expiry, your account data is retained for 30 days before deletion
- You can reactivate at any time by subscribing again
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our SaaS platform where access is granted immediately upon payment, our refund policy is as follows:
- Platform completely inaccessible for 72+ consecutive hours due to our technical failure
- Duplicate charge due to payment system error
- Charged after confirmed cancellation
- Verified billing error on our part
- Change of mind after payment
- Partial month usage after cancellation
- Meta suspending your WhatsApp account
- Meta API conversation charges
- Template rejection by Meta
- Not using the platform after payment
- Feature requests not yet available
π‘ We recommend using our platform for at least one full billing cycle before deciding to cancel. If you have concerns before subscribing, email us at [email protected].
How to Request a Refund
- Email [email protected] with subject: "Refund Request β [Your Email]"
- Include your registered email, Razorpay Payment ID, and reason for refund
- Our team will review your request within 5 business days
- If approved, refund is processed within 7β10 business days to your original payment method
β οΈ Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge date. Requests after this window will not be considered.
Failed Payments
- If your recurring payment fails, Razorpay will retry automatically
- We will notify you by email about the failed payment
- You have a 3-day grace period to update your payment method
- After 3 days without resolution, your account will be suspended
- Suspended accounts retain data for 30 days β reactivate by updating payment
- After 30 days, the account and all data are permanently deleted
